Looking at the number of employees being laid-off since the pandemic began, I am wondering what will the digital era offer professionals and newbies that are entering the job market this year. Is it going to easier or harder for them to get a steady valuable job? Is the gig economy going to make them slaves of low-cost projects? What do you think?
