Client Meeting: Round Table Discussions making us reach new levels!
After the very useful discussions and exchange of ideas between team Glowbe and Prettl clients we did one last exercise to know their point of view of the key stakeholders involved in the project. This stakeholder matrix was the last activity of the morning where all 3 of them gave us their insights of how beneficial and easy to implement each of them would be. With this valuable information, we were much clearer in terms of what to concentrate on while building our storyboard and blueprint on the following days during Service Design Week.
