In this particular learning experience, you will discover how to manage teams by managing actual teams. These sessions have been designed to apply direct tools to the management of existing or new teams. Using methods from the Design Thinking, Systems Thinking, Cultural Design and Service Design context in addition to activities and challenges you will discover the real talents, frustrations and collaboration potential of the members in your team(s).
This activity is a combination of gamified challenges, reflection, negotiation and co-creation to update and optimise the relationships, purpose and interactions in your teams

Company Executives, Managers and Administrators with responsibility for teams and problem-solving, Department Managers, Marketing Directors, Sales Directors, Heads of Area, Supervisors and Personnel linked to the Government, Industrial, Commercial or Services, Sales and Marketing Teams, Medical, Engineering and Service teams, Entrepreneurs and Startups
