Using methods from the Design Thinking, Systems Thinking, Cultural Design and Service Design context in addition to activities and challenges you will discover the real talents, frustrations and collaboration potential of the members in your team(s).
This activity is a combination of gamified challenges, reflection, negotiation and co-creation to update and optimise the relationships, purpose and interactions in your teams
