We will put on our detective glasses and we will investigate the behaviors, profiles, and needs of our clients and potential customers, to understand and segment them correctly.
You will explore concepts such as buyer persona, archetypes, tribes, consumer communities, and segmentation by clusters, These are effective and necessary methods to create 100% relevant strategies, to connect with potential and current customers.
This work session has been designed under our “Learning by doing” methodology which allows us to apply the tools learned in a dynamic and fun way.
