We will put on our detective glasses and we will investigate the behaviors, profiles and needs of our clients. You will explore concepts such as coolhunting, trend research, forecasting net hunting and segmentation by clusters, all needed to create 100% effective and relevant strategies. This course has been designed under our methodology Learning-by-doing which allows us to apply the tools learned in a dynamic and fun way.
